UA track. 4x800 with 2min recovery: 304, 306, 306, 307. Recoveries turned out to be about 300m

tempo from memorial to downtown. Returned on towpath. felt good today.
I finally am back on a stronger training plan - aiming for one interval session and one tempo session each week, and one long run. Use bikecommute for most rest days. Aiming for 5k champs in cfalls in ~september (tentative goal under 19), and will then be ready for the fall O season.
