home-gorge-chestnut. Just shuffling in the light snow (not sticking), trying to put some miles in but not worried about pace much. Wet but not sloppy. River was roaring.

quads still sore, but feeling better. rhr is normal now, i think mostly because I've been measuring it differently until now than I used to, due to the new house (on stomach, after moving around to find watch). I'll have to do some tests, since that seems like too little of a difference in posture to generate such a big rhr change.

why oh why won't my rhr drop back down to what once was normal? Maybe it's just the confirmation that I'm getting old (like the bifocals I got last week, and the endless other little signals that have been cropping up). Aging sucks.
Still, a decent run in and out. On way in, did a quick check of control placement possibilities for the white course on campus. I have a lot of changes to make.
