Foot is now the problem - ankle seems ok. Perhaps a stressf racture? Got Dr. Appt for monday to check. After doing this strength session (mostly on my back), foot felt great -- elevating it seems to help...
pushed 8x~1min with 1-2min recovery (AM).
Rest of day ankle got gradually sorer, worst when I got home, took vitamin I. May have to back of training (even biking) to let this heal.
