Plan was for 6x400m @ 1:30, 400 jog. Did it (1:24, 1:30, 1:301:25, 1:23, 1:28). Still need to work on finding pace - if I just ran as at constant effort (just below speedier breaths/anaerobic), times would have gradually got slower. Felt good to go a bit slower but do more. Probably had a few more in me, but rain and caution about upping effort to fast stopped me.
