Sunnyside-garmin-hawkins, Firestone HS, garmin. 45F, sunny, nice. Sidewalks slushy, slow. felt good, ran easy and smooth. Felt very good. Slight right knee pain. After finish, trotted dogs (both) 3.5 min.

Grafton CFOnline course - 9.9k. several booms (2 big), but keeping better contact with map. Not maintaining bearing as rounding contrours. 70 min real time

BNP - all over trails, photos of where the oil drilling may occur. 40F, just barely enough snow. waxless skis. Probably won't be able to ski again until next snow comes. Not too crusty, but most trails were hard packed from feet, and ski tracks were not that helpful when they were there.

Packed snow on outlook trail down to oxbow, all trails along the way (21 min), then through 6" snow on roadside to babb run park, ran down to end of snow packed rd at playground. Sunny, 35F, pleaseant. Footing good (not yet icy). Felt good to run again. Distance approx

Was going to ski, but kids wanted to build an igloo. How can I say no!? Worked ~2 hours yesterday, 1:30-5 today. Prorated to half an hour. I can tell I've been bending and lifting a lot. Great fun.
