2 hr spraying at panzner. thick veg, and i ran out of steam toward the end - i definitely have less strength and stamina than i used to. Probably partly because i'm out of shape, but i think maybe i'm old enough that age and intrinsic capacity play a role.
UA for bees. Later Dropped car off at shop intending to trot home, but within 100m right knee muscle again hurt. Walked home (no pain at all), and will rest. I think i overdid it on O again - need to build a stronger base before going over 30 minutes
Richfield HP Red touchless course, 90F. Sloppy nav. running was weak for 40 minutes, and pathetic after that - had to stop on uphills, walked a lot, even on roads with slight uphill. I'm just not in shape, and should have done green
Kenillworth. Dogtrot, but about half way through started to feel like i could do more (didn't). Seems that trail runs are easier on the knee, since i was a little more bothered today than thursday
