After a morning at the station with Paul, to hinckley judges lake, trail to east until reached road. 5 on 1 off, leisurely pace. hills felt ok. Hot day. I am still not stroong, but i think the stretching and exercises are paying off. Kepp slowly ramping up !

Sand Run South side up to cabin near road's ford. 4-5 min. on, 1 off. This is my first run with any real hills (and hills may be one of the problems for my calf), so very gentle throughout. I was slow, and pretty pooped, but this is good. Late spring flowers - some spring beauty and trillium, no hydrophyllum yet
