2 hr field exploration at north fork, then 1.5 hr spraying at panzner. Felt little twinges in knee when exploring, and felt pretty beat so didn't do strength today

2 hr at North Fork, then an hour keying. Discovered that hiking on a downhill bothers my knee (right inside). I must have strained a muscle at Tuscazoar. No problems up or on flat. I'll need to rest it, i guess. Gave blood this afternoon
Started out on a run but at 1 minute right knee pretty much gave out abruptly. walked back, and later in the day did this. After some thought, this is probably an over-use from the tuscazoar O earlier this week. So, ice and rest.
salt run loop. Quads a bit sore, and right knee (inside) occasionally flared. But mostly felt ok on a beautiful day. Before that helped set up brandywine iButtons with students and Ryan
