Orienteering 1:45:15 [3] *** 10.5 mi (10:01 / mi)
spiked:24/24c weight:151lbs shoes: Solomon XT wings

Re-did the Letchworth State Park Permanent Orienteering Course. Start/Finish at the Castile entrance booth. Took the map with me but never took it out of my pack. The clue sheet would have helped on a few of the controls. The trails around control 23 are closed but I used them anyways since there were MTB tracks. I ran on just about every surface; crushed coarse stone, gravel road, paved road, ski trail, MTB trail, with several long sections of nettles.
