MNOC afton meet ... lots of climb 360m . Remote start at beach (lowest point of the course) ...net gain of nearly 100m . Nice courses using some of the smaller features

Note

special diet kicks in today in prep for serious hill work and points on the podium at MNOC Afton meet. Hopefully this will boost VO2 max and prevent early kick in of lactic acid in what is left of the bloodstream. It may also help with smaller steps on the hills and assist with stabilisation when changing azimuths and g forces (and other really scientific stuff )

Diet change ; Increase intake of Summit pale ale, Kiliminjaro bitter etc , decrease intake of beers with flatland type names in them .
