i couldn't run today, so i decided to walk my course. it was a good for training because i wasn't really competing at this point. there were a lot of super long legs. i found all the controls easily, it just took a while to get there. the forest was so nice, i find it's always fun to run in crunchy leaves :)

lots and lots of hills! made a ton of mistakes, not my best race.

was almost at control #8 and then my knee started up, so i had to walk to the finish :( it sucks not being able to run. but some orienteerers were really nice and gave me a ride to the finish area.
