went for a quick bike ride to work out the legs after yesterday. Distance seems off but I went into a park i dont usually go into and explored for a while. there were rolling hills which was a good challenge for the legs.
RPFT 5 mile run this morning. It was short according to the GPS so I am not sure what my actual time would have been, likely somewhere just below 30 mins 29:45 or so. It was really cold so my legs didnt warm up until the 2.5 mile mark or so.

easy 2 miles to work out the kinks in the legs and then sat in the sauna for a while.
