rough estimate, squared away the points out at buckner and up at the ski slope.

Running 17:00 [3] 2.1 mi (8:06 / mi)

had to run up to get the car today so we could go out to buckner.

time is a little off because I started my watch early. Billygoat was awesome. It felt good to run fast through the woods again and my knee didnt hurt during the race. Ran along with teddy for the second half or so. I was killing it until i messed up on point 23. Tried to go through it too fast and ended up choosing the wrong re-entrant. lesson learned. think more clearly, not necessarily slow down a lot but develop more of a plan when I transition between points.

from barracks room to craigston and back. pushed it and was plesently suprised with the ability to run fast again. RPFT 5 miler should not be a worry anymore.
