Tried to do ~1hr power flow, felt good for a bit but kinda sore after 20 mins so I stopped.

Lieback flake is getting pretty easy. Stoked on getting strong!

Race with Brian. No training. IT band started causing probz early, just played a painful game of damage control the whole way. Course was super cool, best midwest running I've seen so far, would've been ★★★★☆ without the constant knee pain. Ridge running reminiscent of the dacks (obviously smaller...)

Despite the poor performance, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Minimally sore for the distance and not really any serious injury since I forced myself to cut the pace waaay back... Definitely the right decision, and I'm stoked I didn't push too much.

Infinit speed mix at the aid stations was pretty good, on par with Skratch
