Stretching, rolling, hot tub! Easy day.
Mapped out a bit of training plan, aiming at getting better at load carrying as well as distance running. Would like to run at least a 50k this summer, and hopefully a bunch of adventure runs in the Sierra before I leave the area for a while.

Systems holds to failure (typically ~10,20,7 sec moving outward)

20 push-ups

Door board is sick for working out at work, super stoked to get some climbing-specific training in.
