5x25 push-ups
5x25 sit-ups
5-4-3-2-1 Turkish get ups each side

Working on incorporating the weighted rope climbs. 35lbs seems about right, tried 60 and it was too much. Elbows feel better.

Getting some elbow tendinitis from the rope climbs. Sucks, but stoked that it replicates climbing P-E training so well.
