Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, post-suave detox run.
Super slow, just ran around in the woods for the first hour. Eventually found some really nice singletrack. Definitely want to come back here sometime and explore more of the park.

Took it super easy, felt great the whole time. Taking a few weeks off to recover seems to have worked.
