Felt pretty good. First time in a few years that I've finished 10mi and felt like I could easily keep going at a good pace. However, it was ridiculously hot (90+) and the pace was pretty slow.

Literally thought I might die the first 4.5 miles. Almost threw up multiple times, dehydrated, dry heaving... all around not the best...
Then it cooled down and I felt great for the last mile. Really fucking weird.
