Felt slow; sick and incredibly tight in my R medial hip flexors and TFL. Cool run though. Lakes, redwoods, waterfalls, techy trails, this loop has it all...

I definitely messed up my R hip flexor (AL?). I can barely walk...
I think I tweaked it last night and just tore something a bit while running.
