Tahoe. Incline flume area.
Planned on a short one, but I ran with a biker for a while who told me about all the secret singletrack in the area. My ankle felt good so I went exploring. Such sick trails out here.

Walked the last bit because my knees were destroyed. I taped my ankle so tight that I could only heel strike. So much pounding...

Running (Trails) 14:29 [3] 1.8 mi (8:03 / mi) +259ft 7:05 / mi
(injured) shoes: Sickass Salomons

Tried to run. Turned around pretty quickly.

My ankle felt super unstable on downhill, but now the joint itches like it's healing. I think I might continue to do short runs and try to break up any scar tissue that may be forming.
