Ankle is still pretty messed up, can't weight it. Built a crutch out of an old oar.

Found an off width crack in the ceiling of the cabin. Practiced fist stacks. Also big compression holds spanning the joists.

Past the inlet, was running fast on a smooth granite section, then hit techy trail and kept going fast when I should've slowed down. Sprained my ankle pretty badly. Can't run at least for the rest of the week. :(
