Climbing: Rock 5:00:00 [3]

South Face Charlotte Dome. Got lost on P8, but found the best climbing of the whole route. Made the grade more like 5.9.

I couldn't turn my head the whole time because I got whiplash the day before. So hard to climb when you can't see your feet... Probably should go to the doctor.

Walking w/ Heavy Shit 4:00:00 [3] 8.8 mi (27:16 / mi) +800ft 25:07 / mi
(injured) shoes: Saucony 4mm

Walking back. Pretty tired/slow since we didn't really sleep.

Running 2:48:59 [4] 17.4 mi (9:43 / mi) +3621ft 8:07 / mi
shoes: Saucony 4mm

To Sibley and back. +Abs & pushups
Longer than I planned for. Felt super slow on the hills, had to walk one of the steep ones. Still out of shape... Also, knees started hurting around 10mi, so I didn't go fast on the downhills either. Was definitely glad to stop when I did. I think my bones & connective tissue have resorped/atrophied a little since I hurt my IT band. Should take it easy for the rest of the week...

Otherwise awesome run. Highlight: running techy singletrack at sunset with a view of the whole bay, lights of SF, and the GG bridge. Pretty sweet trail.
Recovery Tom Collins to top it off...
