4hrs of TR in the gym.
Did all the handcracks, some multiple times. One fist, one fingers, couple high 11 slabs, one low 11 overhang.
Still tired from Friday.

From Bolinas home.
Awesome in the beginning with ocean views and redwoods, then got boring near the end on pavement. I think I could have cut almost an hour off if I had been having fun the whole time. Only took three hours for the first 20, then 1:55 for the last six.
Also, my IT band is killing me, which made me go even slower on pavement. Hopefully it will get better with a rest week.

Felt REALLY tired in the beginning, but sped up at the end. Feeling a little sick and stressed this week.

IT band still feels tight, hopefully it will get better after I run on it even more this weekend...

5x 100ish meter woods sprints w/ 20 pushups, 30 situps between
Pullups on all the telephone polls coming back down the hill
6-story stair sprints w/ 20 pushups at top, situps at bottom
Broke into the gym (apparently my room key works on the back door... coincidence?), tried the elliptical, and played moonlight sonata on the piano (who puts a piano in a gym anyway?), then sprinted the stairs again.
