Hit the gym after driving back from J-Tree. Climbed every .10 route on the south wall. Kinda fun to go fast. Got some elbow tendonitis from climbing all week.
Ankle finally felt better, so I climbed a bit harder. Found the smallest sport crag ever and climbed everything there, then a bunch of trad stuff. One route named "Bambi meets Godzilla" just for the name... It was sweet.
Back at camp, finally sent the hard slab boulder problem I'd been working on. Then an easy four pitches of trad at night during the full moon.
Easy multipitch in the morning, bolted single-pitch in the afternoon. Soloed some easy routes barefoot at night, then climbed intersection rock to sleep on top.

Start of spring break #2!
Warmup/warmdown and tabata intervals in between. My knee doesn't hurt at all if I run fast! Just going to try to rebuild my endurance with a lot of speed work for now.

Green Butte on Mt Shasta. Bailed at the top of the route because of AMS. Cut down an icy couloir and carved up avalanche gulch on my snowboard. Best day ever.
