Five hours in the PGSF gym.
Some hand cracks, lots of easy 11s, some 10. Still can't pull the 11/12 roof crack, but getting closer. Also got about halfway up the OW and gave up.

After getting all pumped doing laps on the crux roof of 10c route i just gave up and threw insane dynos all over a 5.8 ... Definitely the best part of the night.

Did all the handcracks, some multiple times. One fist, one fingers, couple high 11 slabs, one low 11 overhang.
Still tired from Friday.

From Bolinas home.
Awesome in the beginning with ocean views and redwoods, then got boring near the end on pavement. I think I could have cut almost an hour off if I had been having fun the whole time. Only took three hours for the first 20, then 1:55 for the last six.
Also, my IT band is killing me, which made me go even slower on pavement. Hopefully it will get better with a rest week.

Broke into the gym (apparently my room key works on the back door... coincidence?), tried the elliptical, and played moonlight sonata on the piano (who puts a piano in a gym anyway?), then sprinted the stairs again.

Around Kent/Alpine Lake. Awesome run starting on a grassy ridge, then down across the Kent Dam (insane spillway), then through the redwoods on Bolinas ridge, then down the waterfalls at Cataract.

Got stung by a bee and then got lost for a full 30 minutes.

Warm and windy night run on the sea cliffs from Muir to TV. Probably not the smartest idea, as helpfully pointed out to me by multiple people, but really really fun. Probably going to do it again.

The sketchy downhill gully was hard without depth perception, but mentally easier inside the bubble of my headlamp where I couldn't see the 300 feet of exposure to my right...

Saw three owls, two bucks, and concluded that petzl headlamps are the bomb.
