Just kept running until my knees died...

Gear: 2L camelbak, 3 energy gels, iPhone w/ armband, 1 hummus pita w/ dried cranberries

Next time I need to bring more food and ditch the armband (major chafing). The backpack worked with 1L or less. Really could use a vest-type pack instead.
