Climbing: Gym (gym) 1:00:00 [3]

Feeling slightly more powerful, but starting to get some tendonitis. Going to take a few days break.

AdR, felt decent. Kinda heavy, no good core tension today.
Tried HR monitoring for the first time (while climbing), avg HR was higher than I would have thought, almost like mild interval training. It seems like a good way to track progress aside from grade progression, but I need to figure out a better way to do it. Watches are a pain in the ass...

Starting to get used to the new area, definitely going to have more free time to start working out more. I want to get strong this winter for the ice season.

Climbing: Gym (gym) 1:30:00 [3]
shoes: Red Mocs #2

Felt weak, but still managed to get in a solid session. Injured my supraspinatus a bit on a weird boulder problem.

Climbing: Gym (gym) 2:00:00 [3]
shoes: Red Mocs #2

Long session, but felt surprisingly strong at the end. Back up to bouldering like V5, short routes @ .11- the gym is pretty stiff rating, which is nice.

Looking for the motherfucking hills. Everything is flat.

There's some promising ice farming territory by the marsh, but it'd have to be stealthy
