Busted up my ankle pretty bad on the downhill. It made an audible pop. Had to do the crip walk the last 1.3mi. Hopefully it's not terrible tomorrow...

A little sore after yesterday's monster gym sesh. Meant to go running today, but got caught up wrenching on the ride. Spent two whole hours trying to loosen a single stuck bolt... The solution involved a pipe wrench, sledgehammer, grinder, and numerous hand lacerations. Feeling tired.

Sun Valley. Had the most amazing running weather. Sunny but not too hot, big puffy white cumulus clouds, and intermittent rain drizzle. Rainbows the whole time. Was wishing I had my camera. Crazy awesome, felt almost equatorial.
