Felt surprisingly good all the way through. Legs got tired in the end, but there was no throwing up or pains anywhere.

I don't get it - my ahr was 12 bpm slower than on Tuesday, but the time was almost the same. Also, today I was not pushing it except for some 300 meters. Was it pizza and three pints of beer for dinner last night that helped?
