Race in army barracks near Amersfoort. Quite boring orienteeringwise (though better than last week) but I was able to put a hearty effort in.

Frisbee game on Kijkduin beach. Only 1 sub per 2 teams, so pretty intense.

Setting out controls. Set out one wrong and got pretty lost going to anoher one. Not very succesful start.

Course #1 big mistakes to Control 2 and the finish.

Boomed the finish but got stuck in impassable vegetation a couple of times.

Picked up controls in almost complete darkness so it was more like a night memory orienteering without the headlamp. Extreme!

Floorball 1:20:00 [2]

Decided to try floorball for the first time. Very easy training physically, hard technically - I just could not get that ball to fly!!!
