Time to start building up some training. So got out after lunch whilst the kids were elsewhere.
Was feeling the effort a bit after a few k's. By around 6 k's my upper abs were doing there being really tight thing, which I get a feeling must happen when I haven't been training much. Had a little walk then took it extra easy the rest of the way.
