I was hoping to get 15km in but my legs were feeling pretty heavy so I thought about just making it a short easy run, but then my pace was looking OK so I figured an hour run would be OK. Once out the far side of Kings Park I was really wishing I'd gone with the short easy, oh well.

Nasty seabreeze but with enough W'ly not to be to killer. Battery powered boy went past just before Parry Ave so I just cruised behind him and he was actually standing and working on the inclines. Eventually after the railway overpass he wasn't gaining enough speed heading down the hill, I thought he might jump on my wheel but he didn't so I was on my own from there.

Over to the old neighbourhood, had to walk for a while to get past a woman on a spooky horse. Pretty hard work at higher pace than normal and feeling pretty warm towards the end. Finished off with an actual cooldown.
