Up the hill again. Went a bit further this time. I was going to turn around at the overpass over the old haul road, bit it wasn't much further, so just went a bit more. Then regretted it as I then had to climb back to the overpass.

A couple of stinky dead roos along the way. And a stiff headwind coming back on Abernethy Rd.

Did some laps of the school oval whilst the kids were doing tunning club, then headed up the hill and down the hill.

Whilst heading up the hill I realised I should eat something since I'd been running for an hour, the sticky date energy bar I tried to eat was pretty horrible at that stage.
