4 sprints of half the length of the oval at the end. Didn't push too hard, had to let one of the year 6's beat me each time.

Got swooped by one magpie 8 times along the south side of the trotting complex. Another spot to try to avoid for a while.

I've started my XPD write up - starting with the prequel on 1st Aug, it's only 2 months ago.

I actually wrote up half of the race on the flight back, but got to a point where I couldn't remember what happened next so gave up. Will start putting that up once I've finished the prequel.
