Salmon were going nuts in the NW corner of the canals on the way back. Heaps being caught in quick succession by the handful of people there. As opposed to the Ammo Jetty further south which was chockers with people who didn't seem to be catching anything.

Ryan's been pretty croaky so I didn't make him run which freed me up to run properly instead of dragging him around.

So I did half lap easy jog half lap flat out x 8 by the looks of it. Which was quiet fun. Legs were stiffening up by the time I'd stood around waiting for Ryan to go into class. Little bit sore getting back up to a jog to get home.

Nice easy lap of the lake, time to start getting some paddle training in.

Down to Mundijong. Out to the far side of Oakford on the way back. Gossage Rd was pretty horrible single lane bitumen for a while, so I was pretty happy the no cars went past along that section.

First ride on the rebuilt wheel. Still building my distance back up towards being able to ride to work. So did some tRicky inspired KP loops.

Soon found out going ACW round May Dve makes the fast downhill very rough, so avoided that direction after that.

Just trawled through nearly a month of tRicky shenanigans to find his last KP bike session, so I now know the tRicky approved version of KP loops.
