Orienteering race 1:30:20 [5] 8.48 km (10:39 / km) +67m 10:15 / km
shoes: INOV-8 X-Talon 225

Annual OCIN meet at East Fork Lake SP. This is actually the first time I had been orienteering on a regular course (not counting sprints) since the Flying Pig. Very sloppy navigation and ended up skipping #10. On the positive note, I felt like I was moving really good. Part of that is the fact that most of this park is flat and lots of trails. Not exactly sure my time was so slow but I suspect that I did way too much jumping from trail point to trail point instead of just using the contours.

Kayaking/Canoe 1:11:46 [1] 3.72 km (19:18 / km)

Took the kayak out to the lake after the meet and paddled around with Diane and Moon. Diane had some real challenges with the wind on her SUP. Very beautiful day but tired after the meet

Trail Run 45:51 [3] 6.85 km (6:42 / km) +66m 6:23 / km
shoes: INOV-8 X-Talon 225

Ran with a Trail Running meet up group. Ran as the sweeper for the first 25% of the time since there were some that did not know the route. Apparently I needed one too since i took a wrong turn in the Wilderness Trail Maze and ended up going further than anyone else in the group.

Trail Run 23:30 [3] 3.11 km (7:33 / km) +46m 7:02 / km
shoes: INOV-8 X-Talon 225

Very crowded on the trail so after numerous near collisions between Moondog, MTN Bikers, Trail Runners, other dogs, I called it quits and just walked. It did not get any better. Not sure why everyone decided to go out last night
