Running 1:00:00 [3]

Just went for a run with my brother. I probably should have done intervals, but... no.

Running 1:40:00 [3]

Because I wanted to, and it was a great day for running... and heat training. Started feeling tired at about 1:30:00, but I had taken a Hammer Gel at 40:00.

Running 45:00 [3]

Was a little tired in the legs after 20 minutes because my lunch was chocolate, but I started to feel better again after about 30.

Running 30:00 [3]

Easy run. Wasn't the least bit tired at the end.

Running warm up/down 8:00 [3]

I only think it was an 8 minute warm-up. I also forgot to bring a map, which might have made a difference because I really struggled to get into the terrain.

Running warm up/down 2:00 [3]

A few strides before my start.

Orienteering race 1:52:11 [3] *** 11.3 km (9:56 / km) +480m 8:11 / km

Oh god. According to the AttackPoint thing not a single person didn't have mistakes. It says I made something over twelve minutes of them, and I think that's about right. It was extremely rocky, low-visibility for much of it, and very steep for much of it as well. The last few kilometers were much less steep, so most of the climb occurred in the first 2/3 or 3/4 of the race. I'm not happy with how I did, but apparently I was 10th overall and 6th U.S..

Running warm up/down 9:00 [3]

Down.
