Running warm up/down 10:00 [3]

About ten minutes of warming up before the ultimate games began.

We played four games, and I was really hoping there would be more running involved than there was. Then again, I wanted to make sure I took shifts every two or three points to make sure I wouldn't burn out by our last game.

Our record was 3-1, two of the games were really close, and in our last game we came back from being down 9-3 (first point after the half), to win in universe point.

I'm also quite sunburnt, but I didn't know until I got back and someone told me I was pink. Now I notice it.

Felt really slow at first, and really fast at the end... So I have absolutely no clue why I seem to have taken longer on the way back. I even had the wind behind me!

Got someone to do strength with me. After being lazy for two weeks, it became harder again.

Up. Words can hardly express my lack of excitement.

4 x 400 (90s rests): 75, 73, 73, 71

My happiness level greatly decreased over the course of the workout, and then spiked at the very very end.

Rest between intervals. Legs didn't even feel back up to speed towards the end, though.

Running before ultimate. The ultimate schedule says today is a workout, so I figured I'd change it up and go for a change.

More like ultimate suicides, but it's just cut out, cut back, catch, fake, pass, repeat. It was a total of about 20 minutes divided between two people, but it was REALLY hard, so I feel I can justify it as fifteen minutes of difficult exercise.
