Note
(rest day)

It was supposed to be my long run, but I got up too late to do any of my runs. Shifting my schedule a day and training on Wednesday.

Orienteering race 14:14 [3] 2.4 km (5:56 / km)
20c

Number nine. I checked the code, punched, left, convinced myself the control had been in the wrong spot, went back, confirmed its location, and went on to ten. Lost over a minute there, and thus the lead as well.

Orienteering race 16:18 [3] *** 2.5 km (6:31 / km)
11c

Future Champions relay race. I took the entire course (especially the first two or three controls) very easy so that I wouldn't be too excited, get ahead of myself, and mess up. I almost did mess up on my number seven, but I was fortunate enough to have relocated in almost the exact place I was hoping to end up. Adam Woods had the same course and did it in fifteen flat, but I'm happy I didn't go out and run that fast. My pace was enough to get me ahead by several minutes for the next leg runner.
