Billygoat! I took an energy gel before hand, and two during at water stops/manned control, so I felt like I had energy the whole time. I feel like I did fairly well, although my first six controls were a bit unsteady. Skipped #11.

Speedygoat. Nice woods, fairly flat, lots of fun. I know I ran for less than twenty minutes, but I don't know exactly. I'm guessing it was more than fifteen, so I figure I can add some warm-up time to even it off.

About five minutes each of warm up and cool down. It was snowing sideways, and it was just under 40 degrees. The hills were short too, so it was very steep.
