Just some easy running after classes with map. I have been really overtrained this winter, and will be running easily this week.

Warm up for the Oak Mountain Sprint. My legs felt a bit slow from the previous runs, but mentally I felt prepared to race.

Trying to really focus mentally on the orienteering today. I was focused on racing today, whereas I will be focused on training tomorrow. This racing plan follows with my focus on the middle event at JWOC. Good mental prep and technical warm up as well. The foundation was set for a good race.
