Tempo run in the neigbohood: warm up 1km +some stretching + 5km@20.31 +1km cool down including 4 strides @ 15". Dark and wet. Definitely have some legs issue. Looks like old injury from winter coming up again. May be just to much tempo run recently? Or too much work? Achilles is better or may be I just don't feel it because of the other pain.

Don't know my exact time because I forgot to charge my watch and it was dead by 15th km. It was cycling training just to check how my new wheels, helmet and pedals work together. Just fine. Feel the difference. The wind was too hard so it wasn't easy to ride.
