Phil's first local training for the year.

Record warm for the date, high 80s, crushing the old record by 10F. Fortunately didn't feel quite as brutal as typical for this temp. Not sure why.

Minimal to zero exercise for several months, so zero fitness, and so suffered accordingly. Also some embarrassingly daft orienteering mistakes too. But as usual, had fun anyway.

And then a very fine post training re-hydration session. Great to see every one.
