Middle distance at Letchworth - better run, but enough bobbles (particularly 3) and lack of speed to keep me out of the top few.

3 minute bobble on #1 got things off to a fitting start, trouble executing the long leg to 4, both to the attack point and then to the control, Sub-optimal route to 10 - should have done the road around to the right - overestimated my ability to move (through the woods or anywhere for that matter).

Trail run at Ahern - some of it around the revised LHS XC course - looks like a 2.5 k loop that they'd do twice.
