Testing wax and various skis - not too cold, but hard windblown snow that felt gritty. New Atomics felt the fastest.

Bit of confusion getting out of the field - trying to figure out what was a trail and what was possibly covered by drifting snow.
Drifted off the trail into the deep stuff on the way to 1 looking too much at the map.
Some interesting route options throughout.
Bobbled at 6 - skis got tangled up and crossed. Felt like it took forever to get things straightened out.
Then took sub-optimal route to 7, so dog-legged into and out of it.

Another day of awesome conditions. Snow conditions were a bit cold at first - was waxed for warmer. Had to work the uphills more than I like - some character building.

This was going to be a snowshoe run/hike, but when I parked by Gilford Elementary, saw 4 people take off onto the trail in boots (2) and running shoes (2). Opted for running shoes and yak-traksm which were fine for almost all of it. Up the blue trail, first right onto Red, then up the purple trail. Took the N fork and over the top of Rowe to the towers, then back. Left onto the White /Ridge Trail to the ski slope then down the S fork, back up the N and down the Yellow and Blue trails. Yellow was a lot steeper than I remembered and there must be a lot of snow, cause I was dodging branches all the way down.
Might have over done it for the first run in some time - will see tomorrow.
