Not pushing hard - wanting to see how my knees did with the longer course (to be sure that running the Billygoat is not a really dumb move). I was steady physically all the way through, though the navigation was a bit off. Long day of work yesterday exhausted my brain (that's my excuse anyway).

1600 - 1200 free, 150 back, 200 kick, 50 breast - but it still makes my knee hurt so I stopped. First swim for ages, going to be hurting tomorrow!
