orienteering long 1:19:28 [3]

Kept seeing people, but other than the start I only got to run one longer stretch with Katia along a trail near the end of the first loop. Where was everyone when I needed motivation to run up the huge hill (for the second time)? Ah well. Fantastic to know I can be out for that long and not trash my knees. If only I were fit enough to navigate efficiently for that long! My brain went foggy and I ignored good route choices I had planned earlier and decided to take the bad one instead. At least I got a good view.

orienteering race 25:43 [3]

Good fun, nice woods, but awful humidity. Still a decent run, felt like my brain was mostly in gear. Only a little goggle fogging. Legs felt pretty fresh.

Definitely not as sharp on this one. Felt like I was always a step behind navigating. Poor route to number one (should've gone around on the trail). Miscounted trails on number five. Thicker woods, but thankfully not as humid. Still, so fun to get two runs in on a new map!

1600 mostly crawl with some backstroke. Back seemed okay during, a bit annoyed afterward.
Pool was so empty, seems like lots of people have left early for the weekend...

Cycling (indoor) 50:00 [3]

Felt a bit tired, but not too bad. I was working reasonably hard.

Back has been sore and annoyed (lower left) since Sunday afternoon. Don't remember doing anything to it, but I obviously did. Hopefully it will be fine by the weekend for running. Sit-ups annoyed it more. Biking seemed okay.
