Felt like I worked reasonably hard. Finally got the balance and didn't hold on, though I certainly never felt like I was pumping them in the same way I would running up a hill. Interval program at 9 resistance.

Tired this morning. Didn't feel like doing anything fast. Knee seems okay though (took Ibuprofen twice yesterday).

Knee a bit stiff today, but overall better. No pain during the run.

From 10 minute down to 8:41 pace today. Watching Chariots of Fire, which I bought for 2.99 at the video store, as they are selling off all their VHS. I think I've seen this film more times than any other, and it is still good.

Felt good. Tried breast stroke for the first time since the injury. The site of the tear was fine, but the knee in general was stiff and lacking flexibility.

Tired jogging. Not sure why.

Knee is stiff today, with some pain going up and down stairs and reduced mobility. Not sure if it is due to the running or due to the gardening. I tried not to squat at all and to keep the knee straightish ... but it is pretty impossible to weed and dig without bending one's knee.

Mostly free, some back and kick.

Right knee (and left one too a little) is stiff this morning. Mobility is there, but creaky. I need to ice after running still, I guess.

12 x 50 free with 30 seconds recovery. 43 mostly, last one 40! Pulse in 160s.
