Just a little test. Stiff but not painful. And afterward I notice the knee, at the site of the ligament tear, but not anywhere else. May try a mile on Wednesday.

Just learning the way this (Precor) machine works. I kept the incline low (5 ish) and the resistance at 7-9. I guess my stride rate was high, the machine didn't want me to go faster (max stride rate?) - but more resistance didn't seem to make the knee happy ...

Mostly arms, plus calf raises.
