running (roads) 10:00 [2]

Pushing Bridget in the stroller (NOT a jogging one) and wearing street clothes! But I did keep a steady pace, and got my pulse up, so I figured I would log it.
The rest of the day I was feeling light-headed and slightly queasy. Either worn out from the weekend, or my mind was responding to the huge piles of laundry waiting for me.

running warm up/down 8:00 [2]

Feeling good. I like early starts so much better than late ones!

orienteering race 1:00:00 [4]

So much trail running, I really wanted to push it today. And I felt strong (finally). Very clean run, good flow, and changed pace when I needed to. Very proud of running all but a couple of steps up the hill at the end.

running warm up/down (grass) 8:00 [2]

Felt pretty good. Must be all the rest.

orienteering race 27:00 [3]

Never felt like I really got into a flow today. Also didn't feel any zip in my legs. Long drive last night may have something to do with it.

running (roads) 43:00 [2]
shoes: Asics 2100

Morning run. Pretty easy today, and I still felt run down.

Hiking (roads) 20:00 [1]

Walked for 80 minutes today (not all at once). Much of it hills and some of it pushing Bridget. All of it rushing! My legs were definitely feeling it, so I figured I would log it at 25%.

running warm up/down (treadmill) 15:00 [3]
shoes: Pegasus 2

10 warm up, 5 warm down.

running tempo (treadmill hill) 30:00 [4]
ahr:158 max:175 shoes: Pegasus 2

Rolling hill program for 30 minutes. Tried to keep the pace reasonable. Never slower than 6.3 mph.
Guessing at the heart rates, it was a week ago, and I can't remember exactly ...
